Challenge
The company presented its products and managed its factory operations — orders, production batches, stock, suppliers, staff and invoicing — through separate manual processes, with no single system connecting the public website to day-to-day operations.
Solution
A Next.js landing page with the full product catalog, an interactive floor (plancher) calculator and delivery-zone information, plus a secure role-based ERP dashboard where each department works in its own module while sharing the same data.
Process
The work started by mapping the factory workflow end to end — raw-material purchasing feeding production, production feeding inventory, inventory feeding sales and delivery, and all of it reconciled in finance — then modelling that chain in the database before building the interfaces module by module.
